I like this business better than most places. They do what they can to make sure clients get what they are asking for. They try to be clear. I told my stylist that “I want to grow my bangs out, so let’s just cut them to the brows.” My stylist was patient and waited to see if I realized WHAT I had said and then then politely said, “you can not let your bangs grow out by cutting them.” We had a good laugh about it. No condescending tone, no mocking just patience.
